Our Romantic Escape was Perfect!

We recently had a romantic escape at a newly-opened hotel in a peaceful area. The location was perfect for us as it offered amazing views of nature and a serene environment far from the city crowd. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. They were impeccable in every sense, from the engineer who maintained the pool to the chef who cooked scrumptious meals. One of the best aspects was the easy access to all the facilities, includingthe spa, gym, and pool. The rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable to stay.

Despite the luxurious aspects, there were still some shortcomings. For instance, the breakfast was not as elaborate as we had expected, and a few areas like the kids' pool were incomplete. It seemed that the hotel still needed a few finishing touches to meet the standards we expected. Nonetheless, these were just small grievances that did not dim the overall experience. we thoroughly enjoyed our romantic escape at the hotel and highly recommend it for anyone who wants a peaceful getaway.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the hotel itself was very quiet and calm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, anticipating our every need. The service was impeccable, from the reception staff to the pool team. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained, thanks to the housekeeping team. We had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious food prepared by Chef Gunarathna and his team. our experience in this hotel was truly amazing and we will definitely return again.

Spent amazing Christmas holidays with my family in a hotel in a serene location with breathtaking views. the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. the food was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. the rooms were well equipped with modern amenities and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the hassle-free valet parking service.

Although it was a great stay, the selection of Western options in the breakfast menu was limited. locating the hotel on Google maps was quite challenging.
